Helping Leaders Rise Higher with Executive Coaching

My coaching is grounded in a rare combination of clinical depth, mindset mastery, emotional intelligence, and practical leadership application. I have worked extensively with CEOs, financial leaders, executives, and accomplished professionals who are ready to elevate their leadership while creating greater clarity, ease, and fulfillment.

Clients often come to me when they are already successful, but sense there is another level of leadership, influence, and alignment waiting for them. Through my guidance, they build the internal capacity required to lead with confidence, communicate with authority, and sustain their success over time.

My work begins with a simple premise: lasting change doesn’t happen by pushing harder. It happens by understanding yourself more deeply, being curious, and willing to take new action.

Clients I work with are capable, intelligent, and driven. We work together to see the patterns you’ve been operating from—many of which were formed years ago, and once served you well, but no longer do.

These patterns are often invisible until we slow down long enough to see them.

As you develop emotional intelligence, strengthen new habits, and release patterns that no longer serve you, leadership begins to feel different. You communicate more clearly, make decisions with greater confidence, and thrive under pressure.

Ease and impact build.

My role is not to give you the answers. It is to help you see clearly and own your internal power.

  • I didn’t set out to become an executive coach. I set out to understand people.

At seventeen, I was already fascinated by human behavior—what drives us, what holds us back, and what allows us to grow. I pursued psychology, earned my MSW, and spent the next 25 years as a therapist, working primarily with women navigating life’s hardest moments and biggest transitions.

Over time, I began working with more high-performing women—leaders who were capable, accomplished, and outwardly successful. And I noticed something.

    A pattern.

Many of these women had learned to carry enormous responsibility. They were driven, competent, and respected. But underneath, they were often exhausted from trying to do everything right.

We came of age in an era where women were redefining their place in the workplace. We wore the pant suits. The shoulder pads. We learned to speak up, but not too much. Be confident, but not intimidating. Be strong, but still likable.

We were told we could have it all.

What we weren’t told was that we might also try to do it all.

I saw how this created patterns—over-responsibility, perfectionism, and quiet self-doubt—that even the most successful women carried with them.

And I became deeply interested in helping them change that.

Because leadership isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about building the internal clarity, emotional intelligence, and confidence to lead in a way that is both powerful and sustainable.

In 2017, I transitioned from a successful 25-year clinical career into executive coaching, blending mindset mastery, brain science, and a practical, intuitive approach that delivers real-world results. Today, I work with women and leaders who are ready to release old patterns, strengthen their leadership, and step fully into their next level of impact.

The Difference Between Therapy and Coaching

My extensive background as a therapist gives me a uniquely deep understanding of human behavior, while my coaching focuses on helping clients move forward into new levels of leadership and impact.

Therapy

Therapy is rooted in a medical model that focuses on healing emotional pain, resolving past experiences, and addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or persistent distress.

Coaching

Coaching is rooted in a performance and growth model. It is a forward-focused partnership designed to help individuals strengthen leadership skills, build emotional intelligence, and achieve meaningful personal and professional goals.
